Alter Genesis is the twelfth and final expansion in the Pokémon Sun & Moon Japanese series. The set includes 117 total cards including 22 secret rares. Chase cards in the set include Arceus & Diagla & Palkia GX, Naganadel & Guzzlord GX, and Mega Lopunny & Jigglypuff GX.

Each 2019 Pokémon TCG Sun & Moon Alter Genesis Booster Box comes with 30 Alter Genesis booster packs, each containing 5 cards for a total of 150 cards in each box.
